Dr. Jessica Lott is holding a regular 1-hour exercise class for older adults. The class will combine strength, flexibility, and balance exercises designed to help older adults improve their ability to perform daily tasks, continue being active, and prevent falls.

This upbeat class blends strength exercises, flexibility training, and balance practice—energizing your body, boosting mobility, and building resilience while keeping sessions lively, supportive, and fun for every participant.

It welcomes all levels and abilities, offering a fun way to boost your health, grow confidence in your skills, and enjoy moving alongside peers your own age in an uplifting atmosphere.

The first class on February 26 can be used as a trial class for those individuals who are unsure if the class will be right for them. You don’t have to commit to all 5 classes to sign up!
